Therefore, in case of unsatisfactory service, all possible attempts of amicably working out a mutually acceptable solution should are a priority. A refund is the last resort that may be taken when things are not working out.
Ultimately, our goal is to reach a mutually satisfactory solution. If you are unsatisfied for any reason that has caused you to think about filing a refund claim, please take a few minutes to write to us at info@wittyweb.in to initiate a dialogue before requesting a refund.
Refund claims should only be filed if we are unable to come to a mutually satisfactory solution.
Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which Witty Web Solutions will provide a refund. By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.
We follow a refund policy under the following terms and conditions.
Full Refund: In cases where the project has not been started or if the initial design style has not been approved. The Full Refund policy will initiate after we receive the upfront payment and we will take up to 30 days to refund the amount. The liability to refund holds only if the project has been cancelled by the client and such cancellation has been communicated to us in writing.
Partial Refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our agreed terms of contract and after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.
No Refund: If the project has been completed or approved by the client and / or uploaded on the server.
Please note, in any case,
- Refund amount will not include taxation amount that was invoiced.
- This refund policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Witty Web Solutions does not own or control, or of persons that Witty Web Solutions does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is bound by the value of the project (as per our proposal) which remains incomplete at a given point point of time. We are not obligated for losses due to the services provided/ not provided or the delay in the same at any point of time.
Refund Policy Changes
Witty Web Solution may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
